You could also look at how to make the place more pleasant – things like lighting can help, especially if it has a tendency to not get much natural light at this time of year. Get it looking lighter and brighter with lots of natural lightbulbs, as well as a fresh coat of paint. You could also choose some indoor plants to have around the office which will make it a much more pleasing environment to be in – just make sure someone waters them regularly!
